From the Courthouse:

Alexander Diaz, the man accused of running over a Fremont police officer with a stolen van is scheduled to enter a plea this morning.

From the cops:

A male and a female were shot in the leg while standing in front of a house on Malta Place.  Suspects are Asian males

Two guys who had a history squared off at a Halloween party. The loser found himself being treated for head trauma at Washington Hospital. To the winner went the KitKats.

At a different party, one man stabbed another in the leg. The party continued.

And at a third party, this one on Chetwood Street, police had to call in an ambulance after someone smashed a glass bottle across another man’s face. The victim had some cuts, but refused medical aid.
