Thanks for that link, Robert. Dutra sounds like a genius. Has any member of the Fremont government or any council candidate for that matter, put the reality of employee compensation so bluntly?

I will vote Dom Dutra for mayor in a heartbeat.

I wonder how Dominic feels about expanding the council to seven council members. Council members by district to insure fair representation for every one, not just the insiders.
The present Council is part time.
Fremont will always be a podunk city as long as we have part time amatuers running things.
