The city pays an exorbitant amount ($59K) of money to print meeting agendas, so by some strange twist of logic this translates to the council getting iPads with 3G data plans, and the agenda being moved to the web for everyone else.

They know this is all a bunch of bullshit, because they can’t even bring themselves to referring to the device by it’s name – they call it a “tablet”.
