Fremont Burglaries — Oct. 8-9

Fremont Police Burglary Report – October 8-9, 2012 
Residential Burglaries Reported – 3 
#038 – On October 8, 2012, at 4:23 p.m., Residential burglary on Ronda Court occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.  An unknown suspect removed a screen to a master bedroom window and made entry through the open window (which the victim had left open).  Loss was cash and jewelry. 
#057 – On October 8, 2012, at 10:19 p.m., residential burglary on 43500 block of Ellsworth St sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 6:50 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) broke a kitchen window and ransacked condo.  Loss included passports, electronics, property deeds, car title, diplomas, bank paperwork, and sunglasses. 
#024 – On October 9, 2012 at 2:46 p.m., residential burglary on 4600 block of Serra Ave. Suspect(s) made entry through a rear sliding door.  Loss was a laptop.    
Commercial Burglaries reported – 2; Attempted burglary:  1 
#008– On October 8, 2012 at 7:25 a.m., officers responded to Cell Phone Mate Inc. at 48346 Milmont Dr to take a commercial burglary report.  Sometime between 6:00 p.m. on 10/5/12 and 6:55 a.m. on 10/8/12, unknown suspect(s) smashed the front door glass, entered the business, and removed a laptop (which had been on a desk in plain view). 
#014 – On October 8, 2012, at 9:37 a.m., commercial burglary at Spring Leaf Financial Services, 39146 Fremont Bl (the Hub) between 5:30 p.m. on 10/5/12 and 8:30 a.m. on 10/8/12.  The business’s only door possibly left unlocked, as there was no sign of forced entry. Unknown suspect(s) removed cash, a camera and a donation jar. 
#028 – On October 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., commercial burglary at Calypso Software at 39420 Liberty St. sometime between 2:30 p.m. on 10/6/12 and 1:40 p.m. on 10/8/12. Unknown suspect(s) attempted to pry open the front door of the business, but the deadbolt was locked and entry was not made.
