#009 Possession of Burglary Tool Arrest
Officer Hartman conducts a ped stop at Bill Ball Plaza and arrests 24 year old adult male for possession of burglary tools.

#013 Warrant Arrest
Officer Soper arrests a 43 year old adult female for an outstanding warrant at 39300 block of Civic Center Dr.

#026 Drug Related Warrant Arrest
Officer Stone makes a traffic stop and arrests a 25 year old adult male for drug related warrants.

#018 Residential Burglary
5100 block of Curtis. The reporting party left the kitchen window open while they were away. The suspect cut the screen to gain entry. Loss was jewelry and electronics. Investigated by CSO Anders.

#004 DUI Arrest
B. Johnson arrested a 27 year old adult male for DUI, providing false identification to a police officer & his warrant.

IH #1017 Warrant Arrest
Officerr Austin obtained a Ramey Warrant for a suspect in an auto burglary that occurred the previous night. A probation search & warrant service at the Marabaya Apts resulted in his arrest.

#044 Injury Collision
Three vehicles involved in an injury accident at Fremont & Mowry, handled by Officerr. R. Smith.

#002 Under the Influence Arrest
Drunk subject at Domino’s Pizza (by WHS). A 47 year old parolee who also has a meth pipe gets arrested by Officer Butcher.

#005 Non-injury Collision/DUI Arrest
Four vehicles were involved in a property damage accident involving a drunk driver at Fremont & Decoto. A 20 year old adult male gets arrested for DUI by Officer Layfield.

#006 Interrupted Commercial Burglary
An employee arrives at Central Chevy and observes a white male adult or Hispanic male adult trying to bust the lock with a hammer. Suspect flees in a white Chevy Suburban with tinted windows.

#007 Major Injury Collision
At approximately 2:45 a.m., a single vehicle major injury accident involving five juveniles occurred at Paseo Padre Pkwy & Covington Dr. A Traffic Unit call out made. Sgt. Delema, Officer Flynn & Officer Shannon responded to handle the case. The driver lost control of the vehicle hitting the center median, a street sign and a tree. Four juveniles were transported to a local hospital for minor injuries and one juvenile was transported to a trauma center for major injuries (non-life threatening). The driver, a 17 year old juvenile, was arrested for felony DUI.

#011 Auto Burglary
Victim sees a male in his vehicle which is parked on Lexington St. The victim yells at the male and the suspect takes of running south towards Mowry Ave. Numerous patrol units flood the area and the suspect is eventually seen running across Mowry Ave. into the Big 5 parking lot. CSI Foster arrives, cutting off the suspect’s south bound flight and the adult male is taken into custody after the victim positively identifies him as the auto burglar.

#012 Felony Stolen Vehicle Warrant Arrest
Officer Mahboobi responds to a suspicious circumstance at 44200 Christy St. after the reporting party thinks two males are attempting to hotwire vehicles. Officer. Mahboobi contacts the two adult males. One is arrested for his felony stolen vehicle warrant out of Modesto.

#010 Commercial Burglary
McIvir’s Hardware store was burglarized during the night. Entry made through a broken front window.

#025 Suspended License Arrest
Driving on a suspended license case by Officer. Zargham during a traffic stop at Warm Springs/Warren. A 41 year old adult male was driving on a suspended license. He was cited and the car towed.

#026 Unlicensed Driving and Providing False Info to Peace Officer Arrest
During a traffic stop at Fremont/Blacow Officer Chahouati arrested a 26 year old adult male lied about his name and was unlicensed, so he went to jail.

#028 Robbery
CVS security at the Fremont Hub, tried to stop an alcohol thief who fought with security and fled on foot south on Fremont Blv. Suspect is described as a black male adult, late 20’s, 5’3”, wearing dark jacket with white shirt and dark pants. Loss was recovered.

#034, 035 & 036 Battery Arrest and Public Intoxication
Officers are dispatched to Saddle Rack. Three subjects were arrested for fighting with security and public intoxication.

IH #1229 Rock Slide
Niles Canyon was closed for approximately 1 hour due to rock slides causing a traffic hazard. Caltrans responded to clear the road and open up the roadway.

#017 Injury Collision
Paseo Padre and Durham. Investigated by Officer Kennedy.

Decoto and Fremont, investigated by Officer Leopardi.

#002 Warrant Arrest
Officer Chan made an arrested a 21 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant at Motel 6.

#006 Warrant Arrest
Officer Ceniceros made a pedestrian stop and arrested a 57 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant.

#011 Commercial Burglary Arrest
Officer Gourley responded to a citizen’s arrest at Costco and accepted Loss Prevention’s arrest of a 46 year old adult male for commercial burglary after he left the store without paying for some items. He also had a theft warrant in the system for his arrest.

#024 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
Officer Lambert conducted a traffic stop at Fremont Blvd. and Sundale Dr. During the stop Officer Lambert arrested an adult male for possession of drug paraphernalia.

#026 Possession of a Deadly Weapon
Officer N. Johnson was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the area of Nuttman and Harrisburg. Officer N. Johnson arrived and arrested an adult male for possession of a deadly weapon.

#015 Commercial Burglary
Officer Hollifield is investigating a commercial burglary that occurred on the 48000 block of Warm Springs Blvd.

#016 Trespassing Arrest
Officer Tarango was dispatched to the KWIK and Convenient Mart on Walnut to a report of trespassing. The reporting party advised a male that battered him yesterday is back in front of the store threatening customers. Officer Tarango located the adult male and arrested him for trespassing, drunk in public, and battery.

#017 Theft Arrest
Officer Huiskens was dispatched to Dale Hardware to investigate a theft. Dale Hardware employees were holding a non-cooperative suspect for theft. Officer Huiskens arrived and arrested the adult male for theft.

#019 Theft Arrest
Officer Lobue was dispatched to a theft report at Lucky’s in Charter Square. Officer Lobue arrested the suspect for the theft and outstanding warrants.

#003 Possession of Marijuana
Officer Wilson conducts a pedestrian stop on a 32 year old adult male. During a subsequent search, Officer Wilson locates 46.3 grams of marijuana. The adult male is cited for possession of Marijuana.

IH # 12091475 Warrant Arrest
Officer Blass is dispatched to a disturbance call and arrests an 18 year old adult female for warrants.

  1. Best free (if you cant afford to chip something in) solo violinist is at fremont BART. Dont know who this gentleman is but I owed him a nice contribution for the few minutes of pleasure he provided while i waited for my ride
