Kelenna as MIP? Yeah I can see that one; he was already well rounded and polished when he came up from the D-League. But, I’m betting on both Stephen Jackson and Al Harrington stepping up their games much like Baron did after he first got here. I think Jackson and Harrington; in addition to their obvious love for the game, are both hungry and know that they’ve found a home in the Bay Area. With Baron leading the way, the league will surely be buzzing about a new Big 3 and it won’t be – Garnett, Allen, and Pierce. Overall MIP for the team I’ll give to Al Harrington, because he showed up to camp 20 lbs. lighter – he’s just ready to whoop some

check back to what i said in your training camp battle thread and in your post-j-rich trade thread. i've been saying the w's should give keleena a fair shot at the starting 2 spot and will be more than enough to fill j-rich shoes. i actually think he's a more well-rounded 2 guard than j-rich. i was also somewhat surprised that the w's didnt lock him into a long term contract.

keleena has all the tools you want in your 2-guard. he is somewhat similar to maggette in terms of skills and physique only keleena has a better shot.

btw, if you guys follow college bball. keleena was forced to turn pro because of his father's problems. had he stayed for his senior year, improved on a few things, he would have been a 1st round pick, even nelson said so when w's picked him up last season. so he didnt exactly come from nowhere.

it's crazy! how did no one pick this guy up? i think it'll be huge to have a SG capable of dribbling against pressure d. i love j-rich and all, but it was always an adventure when he was dribbling through traffic.
