Adelman has Houston playing fantastic ball. He did this in Portland and Sacratomato. Just because he couldn’t shake the Warriors out of their decade+ decrepitude we shouldn’t be surprised that he’s doing it again in Hustletown.

If you’re going to be scoreboard watching, I’d put my money on the Suns, Dallas, and Denver, in that order for likelihood to have a bit of a collapse. I’d much rather see the Dubs take control of the situation by winning but nothing wrong with hedging your bet a little.

On another note, welcome back Marcus. Haven’t seen you post in a bit, what’s up with that? Bedside vigil with Goose?

What do you think of Wright so far? I love his game, the effortless way he finishes around the rim reminds me of Jamison, the quickness in which he gets off the floor and can re-jump reminds me of Marion. Now that he’s playing with the starters, his defensive rotations are much better and he’s starting to be a force, albeit a really, really light one. The biggest knock I see is he sometimes forgets to run (after Nellie mentioned it I’ve been really watching for it) and he sometimes passively stands by when the play is more than a few feet from him. I’d like to see him make an effort to get involved in plays outside of his zone instead of watching. When the play is in his zone, he’s been a gamer.
