Pregame Tidbits (at Chicago)

* Kelenna Azubuike was a late-scratch from the starting lineup. That means Anthony Randolph will be the starting PF. Interesting, too, because he’s matched up against Tyrus Thomas, another former LSU forward who left after one year thanks to off-the-charts potential.
I don’t get to see much Bulls basketball, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say Randolph will be the better player.

* Ronny Turiaf was dressed and is back in the line-up. Marco Belinelli is in the starting lineup. I am assuming he’ll guard Derrick Rose.

* Jamal Crawford, who spent the first four years of his career, skipped pre-game warm-ups. He said he always does. He gets too distracted. People call his name. Familiar faces. He said rather than ignore people, which he couldn’t do if he tried, he just decides not to come out before games at the United Center and keep his focus. Let’s see how it effects his jumper.

* John Salmons is now starting for the Bulls (Deng is out)
