It's time for Nelson to go. Monta's unhappy, Nelson wants Crawford to opt out of the last two years of his deal, he's benching guys that should be playing. Nellie Ball doesn't work anymore cause this isn't the 80's. We were good the 2 years prior to this one, but Nellie ball doesn't work in the playoffs or for that matter the tough Western conference.

The players will be happier, will have more time to rehab and get healthy, and it seems like they want to play for someone else.

Monta gets hurt doing something that he shouldnt' have been doing... Has the surgery the team fines him, then a little after 30 games he returns... Now who in their right mind believes he picks up exactly where he left off... It will take at least a year to recover fully from a surgery of this type... He may never be exactly the same... So when he isnt still back to his prior performance level, the ankle stiffens, and probably swells, the coach diminishes his playing time... After all he is trying to win and not rehab Monta during the games. And now Monta is angry as most young men of his age are want to do.

This has disaster written all over it... Sad part, the league will now view him as damaged goods so his tradeability is lessened, his desire to stay with the Warriors is damaged if not gone. If he keeps it up, if the reports of his behavior are true, the Warriors will cut their losses revoke the contract fight the fight and then Monta trys to re-enter now viewed as damaged goods...

Sad thing to happen to what appears to be a very nice young with a boat load of talent... Like I said I don't see a happy ending here.

Clear out all the dead wood, restructure this team & management, get a big tim basketball guy in here to change the atmosphere of 'LoserBall'. Get a Jerry West type GM out of mothballs and have him reshape this sorry excuse for a team. Enough is enough!

It's over.

It was over a long time ago, and I said so, and I said folks would take time to get it.

But it's coming.

You tell suckers they have to cough up dough for this slop next month.

Go ahead.

No one is bigger than the team, than the organization.

Not even the owner himself.

This should be the predicate of a principle before any discussions.

If there is something bigger than the team, It is the fanbase.

The media operates under the cloak of freedom of speech. It is hard to tell if they use judgement with their conscience.

Everyone else is expected to be cicumspect with their conclusions.

The Warriors definitely has problems. Mullin was the middleground that held the balance between the players and tha management.

Mullin was a player's manager, not an owner's manager. Sure he had his mistakes but he was learning and compensating these mistakes with great moves..

He was trying to make a line up in the core of AB, EBrand, Jax, Maggette and BDiddy. Sure it didnt materialize but he had a back up plan devised.

They removed him obviously and now the organization is paying the price for it which is only fair in my opinion but very unfair to the fans.

I mean if Mr. Cohan is really conscious and concerned about his money, He should be directly involved with the team on a daily basis.

More discontent is about to happen. Logically speaking.
It all stems from the office.

This team is talented and that's the reason they reached this far amid the injuries but this team is not about a championship. Certainly not.

They develop a winner, they shut it down right away the next year.

This team has developed a tolerance for losing becuase the office is about something else.

First of all, we need ME, AB, Jax! All of them are W's.
We need the fighting spirit back, and if we get some wins at the start of the next season we can CHANGE the whole discussion. All who say that we should get rid of Monta...Jax...will see what happens...
WE BELIEVE!
