Cartier is listed as 6’7, 220# so he may be a bit bigger than KA. His game is also similar – a solidly built slasher with an improving 3 point shot.

It’s generally a lot easier to find NBA talent in this size range. Rob Kurz is at or near the top of the available PFs in the NBDL. A player with Kurz’s size and Martin’s athleticism would be nice, but not available, so we had to make a choice.

Their size disadvantage was VERY evident in the Sac game. They can definitely use his size.

Maybe in Nellie,’s system this guy is good as a small forward, guys like Martin and Azubuke are really big guards, the warriors would have more advantage if they turned one of these guys into a big guard on a regular basis, most teams now are featuring tall 2 guards.

No way. Nellie knows that now. This was way before Buike broke out. Actually, Nellie never said Cartier is better than Buike. He said he thought he could be as good as Buike.
