Hi Marcus; I enjoy reading your articles. If you have any clout with the team, (PLEASE, PLEASE, TELL THEM TO PACKAGE BEIDRUS,VLAD. RADMANOVIC,DEVEAN GEORGE and the # 7 pick for a serious CENTER. Please get someone that is at least 7′ and 280lb and is athletic enough not to trip over his own feet. We have enough other guys to make an interesting team, we just need a big time center..

I thought you did a great job this year of keeping a level head when almost no other sportswriter did. You understand the game and that helps enormously. And I thought in general you were fair and balanced. I don’t think reporting in the NBA is at a high level. You certainly rank among the better writers covering the game. Thanks.

I’ll echo other folks’ praise of Marcu, but it doesn’t stop now. We’ve got all kidsd of things to discuss leading up to the draft. Once we figure out that Minnesota has the #2 pick and we’ve got the #4 pick, we can trade Monta and Randolph to the TWolves for Al Jefferson and a swap of picks. That way, we get Evan Turner and Al Jefferson to go along with Curry. Hell, make another trade (Biedrins, Wright and Maggette to Detroit for Tayshaun Prince, Charlie Villanueva and their 1st rounder – Hassan Whiteside maybe) and we’ve got ourselves a nice team next year!

SF – Prince/Azubuike

Marcus, Great post as usual. So I just saw Charles Barkley talking about Stephen Curry and he basically said that he shouldn’t be ROY because of the style of system that he plays in. Is it just me or was no one talking like this about Nash, and he played in D’Antoni’s system!

Curry has been sensational and should be ROY hands down. Part of me hopes that the voters do something stupid and give it to Jennings so that Curry comes back with a chip on his shoulder next year.
