We Believe 2012. Its a New Era in Warriors Basketball led by rookie coach Marc Jackson. Maybe he will be the spark to lead this squad out of dismay like Harbaugh has done with the 49ers. Our team is young and inexperienced but we are very athletic and have some size this season. Kwame Brown and Jeremy Tyler as bigmen at the center position and Udoh gets to play his normal position at the 4 and play big.

How sad is it that I’m waiting on pins and needles for the 7:30 tip-off for a pre-season game?!? With this team, I know we’re not going to be any good and won’t compete for a playoff spot, but I’m still giddy thinking about the beloved Dubs back at it. Go Warriors!

With a new coach preaching defense, I am curious about the play of everyone. Jeremy Tyler is the biggest unknown, though certainly not the most important; and with Kwame Brown on the bench, we should see a lot of Tyler tonight. It may be the only time we see him for awhile.

I won’t care if Klay drops 50 or Biedrins grabs 15 boards. The only hope is Malone got these guys playing TEAM defense. That’s what to look for. If these guys are playing like a TEAM defensively that would give me some hope.

I want to see how Klay and Stephen look on the court together. Lots of Udoh would be nice too.
