I'm actually not upset with this Nate Robinson signing at all...as a matter of fact, I like it more than any other bench addition the warriors have made recently (save for maybe Rush)

All these guys have been one dimensional players without any potential to change the warriors individually. Collectively, yes they improve the Dfense, but individually they are only worth the 1million dollar contracts they are getting....

Nate however, was making $4M. He was worth, or believed to be worth that much by a team much better at talent evaluation than GS. That is because he has the ability to actually win a few games by himself for the Gstate warriors and his forte is what the warriors need. Offense off the bench.

I read all this Monta and Steph play 40 minutes stuff and I think thats a fair point, but good executives fix current issues, not potential issues. In 5 games, Monta has missed 1, steph has been injured in or missed completely 2. All 3 of those games were losses where the offense struggled mighty.... Nate would have helped this team in the 5 games we have played so hats off to Riley (never said that before..lol)for addressing a current need.

Mark Jackon, earn your pay check and keep Nate's ego in check when he doesnt get any PT. That's your job...

The warriors can win tongight. The warriors can win every night. I like Mark Jackson, and what he's preaching. When was the last time you saw the warriors play half court baskethall! The fact that they can play halfcourt basketball on offense makes defense a whole lot easier to play. The big men have played solid, even above expectations. The guards need to step it up. Steph is turning the ball over tooooo much, Wright and Klay can't hit a shot to save their lives, and Monta could still stand to work on his handles a little bit. Hopefully, this is all just the effect of an abbreviated training camp and pre-season. With that said, I'd trade Curry, Klay, and Biedrens for Jimmer and Cousins in a heart beat.

“Of course, in the past, that only meant Duncan was going to get back on track against the Warriors and Ginobili’s backup, or some other non-star, was going to have a career game.”

Seriously, man. Why is that, if it’s not some team’s superstar, it’s some other relative nobody on their team that goes off and has a career night against the Warriors? Mark Jackson mentioned that most teams lick their chops when they see GSW on the schedule. If I thought he actually spoke audible words, I’d say Tim Duncan is one of those people who damn near wets himself with excitement at the thought of facing the Warriors. Well, one well-timed elbow check to the grill from Kwame Brown might have some of those teams singing another tune.

I’m looking for a Bynum-esque check from Kwame or David tonight. If we’re going to lose, we’ve got to at least let em know there’s no more punk ish (no disrespect to Ish) over here in GSW, even though there very well may be some traces of punk ish left over.

No Ginobli? Warriors win +27. hahahahaha

(MT, delete the Manute Bol post. I keep forgetting to change it)

Lee's illness sounds more like food poisoning than flu. I had the same experience last year. I'll bet he had undercooked chicken for dinner the night before. It's a bigger risk for pro athletes who travel and eat out so much (not to mention the sportswriters who follow them).
