I like Curry a lot, but he’s not only injured, but also just not a good enough player to be in that elite group. Sorry, but he’s just not. Still a little too inconsistent with his shot on offense, still too often sloppy with his passes (often preferring flash over practicality), still overall a liability on defense. Maybe he will be good enough in a year or two, but he’s not there yet.

I am glad that Curry wants to play for Team USA, and thinks he belongs on that squad. I am also glad that he’ll be resting up this summer.

Chris Webber’s response is simply paranoia. It’s a sad that Curry didn’t make the team but to speculate, without any reliable facts that anyone can verify, that the league and Stern hate the Warriors is kind of sad. I don’t like Stern that much either, but, living on this planet, I want to blame him only for things I know are true(Lockout). Next, Webber is going to tell us that the earth is flat, that the first moon landing was staged in a Houston hangar, and that Lee Harvey Oswald was not alone.

i’m glad he’s not playing. He’s young, but he still needs rest. How much off time has the kid had? not only does his body need rest, but he needs time to process the game mentally. PLUS HE’S GOT BAD ANKLES

Everyone should know by now, that David Stern and the NBA hate the Warriors.
Ever since Spree choked PJ and Cohan got booed at the all star game. They will not let Warriors and it’s representatives (owners, coaches, players) have anything to do with promoting the NBA. Ever.
