Rivers is a locker room problem. Drummond is a back-up. Trade the pick and dump Biedrins or Jefferson if Barnes and MKG don’t fall to you. Pick up two good bench players at 14 and 18 (plus get some salary space). Give yourself the ability to trade your three first round picks (14, 18, 30) for a free agent if someone shows interest.

This draft is so deep with good 6-8th men that there is very little difference between 7th pick and 14th pick. Make the downward trade if you’re not getting a high-probability starter.

Contrary to an internet rumor earlier in the day, sources close to the situation are indicating that a Wilson-Chandler-to-Golden-State offer isn’t even on the table.

While the Warriors are looking to upgrade at the small forward spot, they’re still hoping to do that in the draft. They absolutely are exploring a number of trades involving that #7 pick, but the Wilson Chandler deal isn’t one of them, at least not right now.

Typical Warriors, trading just to trade and still losing. Chandler is a back-up aka a scrub, why consider trading a first rounder for that guy. The dubs go from Josh Smith, Rudy Gay rumors down to Wilson Chandler. Wow ! some things never change. A last place team adds a scrub and a slow borken down big (Bogus) and then tell their fans thery’re a legit contender. Only in da bay !
