What is worrisome is Klay Thompsons body language…its really getting to him that he isn’t making his shots. He needs to have a better presence in the ballgame, hustling, deflections, supporting your teammates, any of those thing will do but it seems klay is casually playing through his slump.
Klay has a golden opportunity, ‘rookie’ coach, usa summer showcase, starting shooting guard, etc and he is blowing it!
Meanwhile you have Kent Bazemore 12th man, a defensive player of the year @ his college, walk on summer league player, who is dying to play.
Between the two I would play Bazemore because I know he is going to play hard and hustle every play.
Klay only shot two free throws in the game, which came from a fastbreak foul. Klay find other ways please!

It sure would have been nice getting Caveman Kamen instead of Bogus. Caveman is a big who scores, rebounds and actually plays this year and last.
Bogus will play 30-40 games max. having a legit starting center for the entire season would have helped alot.

Thompson will be fine! His stroke is one of the purest in the league. Once he starts hitting (and I predict that will be within the week), teams will have to crowd him on the perimeter, allowing him to penetrate for a drive to the hoop, a mid-range shot or a dish to a teammate whose man is having to rotate.
Relax, you Klay haters! The guys hasn’t even played the equivalent of a full NBA season. Some of you were probably saying Curry wouldn’t get his free-throw touch back either and now he’s made, what, 27 in a row!
