One thing i noticed in this year’s front office, team players and coaching staff, There seems to be no ego barriers at all.. no individual interest above the team, The Nellie-Cohan Years, especially that dreaded GM, I believe Robert Rowell is his name (who fired Mullin), they were all full of it.. It was a circus.. but this present generation of Warriors, Everyone is simply pro-active. Glad to have Jerry West on board..

His A/TO ratio has gotten better because jack is now doing the bulk of the ball handling. Curry almost gave the miami game away with his decision making in the fourth when he was bringing the ball up court. He makes better decisioins with the ball in the half court offense off the catch.

Re No. 4, Curry started out having more problems with turnovers, but in December his A/TO ration is better than Jack’s, as are his assists per 48 minutes. So he’s improving at taking care of the ball while making more aggressive plays as a PG than he has in years past. He needs the ball in his hands more, not less.

Jackson has Jack playing point more because steph turns the ball over too much. Whether it’s because of a ill advised pass, or losing the handle off pressure, or just casting a three with 20 sec on the shot clock. Furthermore, Curry can create offense at the 2. It may even be easier for him to create offense at the 2. Everyone in the league knows curry can shoot, all he has to do is pump fake and put the ball on the floor after the catch and he’s in control. Jackson has actually been pressuring him to be more agressive when playing at the 2 as well.

you said it. Nellie was the problem the whole time. well, he and Cohan’s punkazz. we all knew it, it was as clear as day to the world that they didn’t care about this team. now after tanking last season(something you have to do to get guys like Barnes on your roster), this team is primed to be competitive throughout the years.

and even despite all the losing seasons,the fans still sellout Oracle… my boss has company seats courtside in the corner that i will have a hard time seeing now that they are in very high demand! Dubs’ fan’s loyalty is finally paying off! it’s a great feeling.

Now they are discovering their identity as standards are being set… But this is a very crucial stage for the team. One simple complacency can be contagious so they can easily go back to where they were before if they are not being careful..

So it takes leadership to maintain, sustain and increase performance results… Everyone is accountable.. So in order to sustain this development, the team has to have the mindset of accomplishing more achievements, increased trust and belief in each other, develop each other’s game, and chemistry through more sacrifices inside and outside the court… Therefore, Work Ethic is the key..

Soon as they develop this team concept of work ethic, then the identity will eventually show up in the game..

After more than two decades of frustration, endless hoping and waiting, we finally got this chance for respect and a place in history.. Let’s not blow this chance! (Thank God, Nellie is gone).
