Hercules releases Bayfront draft EIR

Today, the City of Hercules released the draft Environmental Impact Report for the Hercules Bayfront development. You can find it here.
Hercules Bayfront LLC plans a pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly, transit-oriented, mixed-used project with about 1,400 homes, stores, restaurants and offices near a planned Intermodal Transit Center.
