El Cerrito: Event collects CFL bulbs, medication, mercury thermometers for disposal

A morning event Feb. 26 at the El Cerrito Recycling Center accepted CFL bulbs and fluorescent tubes, medication and mercury thermometers for safe recycling and disposal.
